Sellers expect you to be pre-approved for your mortgage before you come to see their home. Some lenders promise you the moon, and then don't deliver. I will review yours with you to ensure you can proceed with a transaction with confidence. Property Shopping:
I will use every available method to locate a property that matches your criteria. Together we'll choose those properties that most-closely meet your dream home, and we'll schedule personal tours of those homes. Once you find the right home I will assist you in writing an offer and get it presented to the seller.
Negotiating:
This is the most critical phase. Emotions run high as both parties try to maximize their position. This is where my skills and experience kick in. I know how to push for your needs without turning off the sellers. I also work with you prior to negotiating so you know what your real goals are, and what your bottom line is. When you approach negotiating this way, you'll feel excitement rather than stress.
After The Offer:
Once your offer is accepted, I will work with you to make sure you meet all your buying commitments: finding a home inspector, getting your Purchase and Sales Agreement processed on time, providing you with information on buyer's costs, making sure your mortgage commitment is produced on-time, and more.
